About Us
The Beginning - 1956
The Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1956 by William L. Brewer and his wife, MaryAnn Brewer. The Brewer's extensive involvement in the Boy Scouts and the Optimist Club helped establish the company throughout the community.
Wm. L. Brewer & Son company name created
William L. Brewer passed away in 1991 and Brian L. Brewer took over the technical operations of the business and his mother continued to run the office operations. The Brewer's daughter, Karen Brewer, also joined the office as an employee. The company officially became Wm. L. Brewer & Son Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
Second Generation Ownership
MaryAnn Brewer retired from the business in 2002.
Brian L. Brewer and Karen Brewer became the owners of the family business.
Carol Brewer, Brian's wife, joined the business in the office to assist Karen Brewer with daily operations.
Modernizing The Business
In 2013, Karen Lowry, Brian's sister-in-law, joined the company to start the process of modernizing the company. She handles the marketing, website, social media and special projects across the company.
The Business Must Go On
Karen Brewer passed away in 2022. Brian Brewer became the sole owner of the business.
Carol Brewer was elevated to Vice President and oversees all office operations. Karen Lowry became the back up to Carol Brewer when she is away from the office and continues with her marketing and special projects tasks.
Extending the Family Business
In 2022, Cameron Hodge was promoted to Supervisor of the technicians to assist Brian Brewer with the growing business workload.
Cameron assists with training all incoming technicians and is the lead technician when Brian is not available.

Wm. L. Brewer & Son Heating And Air Conditioning prides itself in being a family owned and operated company. That tradition of family is extended to our employees and our customers.
Our mission is to provide an honest and fair solution without high pressure sales tactics and hidden charges personalized to meet each customer's situation.
