For 70 years, we have been providing estimates for equipment without hidden fees or high-pressure sales tactics.
Our estimates include the total cost for your installation that will include the following:
* Equipment & Labor
* All Connections & AC Pad if applicable
* Any additional repairs if needed (i.e. duct work, registers, etc.) that may be needed to meet your comfort needs
* Equipment Registration
* Permit
* 1-3 Years parts/labor & annual service (depending on equipment)
* In the event, you plan to pay for your installation by credit card, a 2% processing fee will be accessed.

If you are planning to replace your system, November through March are the slower months of the year and usually offer some of the best discounts as well.

Not only will you have your normal manufacturer warranty, but we also include our own warranty in addition to the manufacturer to ensure your investment provides you with a satisfactory comfort level.
All our installations come with either 1, 2, or 3 years of annual service plus we back it up with our own parts and labor warranty to ensure your peace of mind for your investment decision.
The number of years you receive will depend on the equipment you choose for your installation. All installations come with a minimum of 1 year and higher efficiency equipment has either a 2 or 3 year warranty by us.
All of this is included as part of your estimate and our way of showing you we will be here to stand by our installation and equipment.

We are a family owned and operated business. The owner, Brian Brewer, holds the masters HVAC license for the company and oversees all installations.
Our technicians are licensed and trained Journeyman and our apprentices all work under a journeyman and/or master journeyman.

Routinely we are asked, why do your customers systems last so long?
Our approach is different.
Rather than offer an extended warranty program for breakdowns, we take a proactive approach through Annual Service.
When we install a new system, we provide 1-3 years of annual service. At the end of that period, we offer those customers the opportunity to be part of our "Annual Service Club".
Our Annual Club Program is for routine service of your system which helps to maintain the efficiency and life of your equipment. Customers who choose to be part of this program, receive a discounted price on their annual service in the Spring/Summer for AC or heat pump and in the Fall/Winter for Furnace.
How it works:
1. You sign up for annual service at end of warranty period or after initial service call for new customers.
2. There is no signup cost to join, just let us know.
3. We call you to schedule service when temperatures are right, eliminating oversight of this task.
4. When we perform the service, you pay the discounted rate
5. You complete at least 1 service per year to maintain discounted service rate.
6. In the event of a breakdown, you also receive priority scheduling.
Do you get your oil changed in your car routinely to protect it? Our Annual Service is essentially the same thing but for your home's HVAC equipment. Both actions protect your investments.
